Additional volunteers are required in areas of research and assistance with the creation of artworks; installation and de-installation; invigilation; sponsorship preparation; marketing; and liaison work with international artists. Orientation programs providing a complete overview of the works on exhibition are offered to all volunteers along with considerable access to Biennial events.
